Eat Steady provides general wellness education and habit suggestions about meal balance, eating order, pairing, grocery planning, and check-ins for steadier energy.

Eat Steady is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not measure, monitor, or estimate glucose or blood sugar. It does not provide medication, insulin, supplement, emergency, pregnancy-specific clinical, eating-disorder, or disease-treatment advice.

If you have diabetes, are pregnant, use glucose-lowering medication, have an eating disorder, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified clinician.

Subscriptions

Eat Steady may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium features.

Before purchase, the app and App Store purchase sheet show the available product, price, renewal period, included features, cancellation path, and restore option. Any free trial or introductory offer is shown only when configured in App Store Connect and presented by the App Store.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled in App Store account settings before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

AI and Coach features

Coach features may use deterministic local rules, backend services, and AI interpretation. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The native app validates plans before saving objects, but you remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and choosing what is appropriate for you.

User content

You are responsible for meal descriptions, photos, messages, grocery notes, and other content you provide. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or do not want processed for app functionality.

Acceptable use

Do not seek diagnosis or treatment.
Do not request medication changes.
Do not request emergency advice.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Do not misuse backend services or attempt to bypass rate limits or subscriptions.

Limitation

Eat Steady is provided for general wellness use. We do not guarantee that suggestions will produce any specific health, energy, glucose, or weight outcome.
