Delete app data

  1. Open Today.
  2. Tap the profile/settings icon.
  3. Use the Privacy & Coaching controls to delete Coach history, meal journal, grocery history, or all app data.

When iCloud sync is enabled, deleting synced app data can also remove that data from iCloud and other devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

Delete account-backed data

  1. Open Settings in Eat Steady.
  2. Sign out to remove local account state and request revocation of the current renewable session.
  3. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete Eat Steady account”.

Account deletion requests are matched to the Sign in with Apple account and any server-backed records or remaining sessions associated with that account. App data remains under your control in Settings and can be deleted at any time.
